I was born in '86 near Berlin and grew up amidst Europe’s most vibrant startup scene. Leveraging this mindset, I formerly worked as a Senior Digital Transformational Strategist, Project- and Program Manager, as well as an influential Innovationscout for a globally operating telecommunications company.

Fascinated by all things digital, decentralized applications, platforms & technosociology, I empower my clients to keep up with the rapid pace of technological change by living the new normal - This involves developing strategies in a digital context, pushing companies out of their comfort zones & leading projects from initial meeting to market and beyond to create results that matter not only to achieve business goals but also to create a more equal world, future readiness and value creation.

Nowadays, as a creative-class Project Manager & Product Owner, I'm leading projects & products from initial meeting to market and beyond, with direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of process and workflow. I have overseen dot coms, digital experiences and a home screen’s worth of apps and am ready for your project.

I am concerned with the success of the project or product and the team, not with the use of a particular workflow to get there. Although I am certified in all those fancy-major project-, scrum-, lean- and agile-methodologies, I prefer to work with stakeholders to design a tailored process that aligns with the organization's objectives and support its goals.
